Description

Frame is made of steel structure 30×30 mm with 1,5 mm thickness, zinc plated at high temperature and coated with anti-acid epoxy paint, with 4 rubber castors, two of which are self-blocking. Work top in ceramic tiles is made of MDF waterproof wooden panels of 22 mm of thickness on which 15×15 cm acid resistant ceramic tiles is applied through a catalyzed adhesive strip which must guarantee an excellent adherence to the wooden support. The ceramic tiles fi nishing is in stoneware glazed surface, red color. The external border of worktop must be in ceramic red color like the tiles and must have a raised rounded edge, about 5 mm, to avoid the risk of dangerous sharp edges.Transparent viewing back panel and 2 sliding front doors made of security glass 6 mm thick. Upper part made of chemical resistant Plexiglass. The fume cupboard is supplied with the following accessories: 1 Aspiration system without outdoor air emission, including 1 Exhaust fan air delivery, 200 mc/h, main power 220V, 50 Hz single-phase; 1 Filtration box with active carbon fi lter for chemicals to recycle air indoor; 1 Electronic clogged fi lter signaling device with fl ashing light and acoustics alarm. 1 Electric board with 2 switches (for lamp and fan motor) and 1 socket 220V-15A with safety cover, IP55 protection degree; 1 Fluorescent lamp 20W, vapour-proof and explosion-proof; 1 Gas tap powered by internal gas cylinder able to contain a 10 Kg buthane gas; 1 Water tap powered by internai water tank and discharging into a second tank, by an electric immersion water pump; 1 Sink in anti-acid reinforced polypropylene, dim. 15×30 cm; 1 Under-top service cabinet with 2 doors, to contain the gas cylinder and the water tanks.
